At the beginning of the route, we pass on some streets of the village towards the national road 231, during the uphill can contemplate the famous river beach of Loriga, passing on the bridge of "Zé Lages" and, a little further on, to observe a old forest house and cool off at its source. Upon arrival at Monte da Selada, delight yourself with views over the valley of the Ribeira de Alvoco . The route continues until you reach the Talefe, take advantage of and observe the values attached to the village of Cabeça, or the valley of Garganta de Loriga and the great part of the Central Massif of Serra da Estrela. From here and to the end of the route, see the terraces and unique landscapes over Loriga.
